Everything was very efficient - its always a bit worrying ordering items off the web, especially with a company not used before. You never know what service you might get! But I have to say World Furniture has performed to a very high standard. All the people I've dealt with have been extremely polite and friendly and I was so impressed with the delivery experience. Not only being given a specific day, but a two hour window as well was very impressive. The driver even rang to let me know he was running a bit late as well, rather than just turning up late like most other companies. Just had to let you know that following delivery of our furniture my wife and I have been delighted with our purchase. Furthermore, your service was impeccable from your follow up e-mail to your phone call informing us of the delivery procedure right through to the delivery itself just a short eleven days later. The two young men who delivered the furniture were terrific - bringing both bulky items through to the rear of our house for easier access, un-packing and then placing the furniture in exactly the right position for us after checking for any damage - this was great customer service and streets ahead of the service from other companies we have dealt with in the past.
