Ordering on-line is easy, quick and safe. Simply make your choice using the 'add to basket' option which you'll find next to each item, you can then 'view basket' at any time by using the link on each product page or the link in the header menu of each page. this will take you to a secure online ordering form.

Delivery
There is a £25 charge toward delivery for any furniture order (this is a total delivery charge for any number of items). If you live in Cornwall, Devon, north of Edinburgh or outside of the UK please email 0116 2515877, email info@worldfurniture.co.uk or use the form on our Contact Us page.
Most orders are delivered with in 1-4 weeks although at peak times delivery may take slightly longer. For Cornwall, Devon, Wales and Scotland please allow upto 6 weeks. We will contact you with the date and approximate time of delivery as soon as your order is routed.
Please let us know if you are in a hurry for your furniture or have any specific delivery deadlines and we will look into fast-track delivery options for you.
In the event of any items being out of stock we will notify you of an approximate delivery date before processing your order.

Please use the 'special instructions' option when placing your order to inform us of any specific access issues - including stairs. Please note - it is to the drivers discretion whether items can be delivered upstairs, so please clarify when placing your order. Many thanks.

7 Day Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 7 day money back guarantee. If goods were delivered by carrier, they must be returned in saleable condition in the original packaging to ensure they are not damaged in transit. Our carriers will collect the goods and you will be refunded in full minus a £60.00 collection charge.
In the unlikely event of the goods arriving damaged, please mark this on the delivery sheet and email details together with an image to info@worldfurniture.co.uk. We will arrange collection and replacement of the item. (Applies to UK mainland orders only).
After this 7 day period, we are unable to accept returns of any items purchased unless faulty. Please bear in mind that you are purchasing a natural hardwood product which as a result of its inherent natural characteristics may require some minor adjustments after reaching the environment of your home. By purchasing our furniture you agree to undertake any simple necessary
adjustments yourselves. Certain issues will not be deemed as faulty, for example:
1. On rare occasions, due to extreme climate changes in shipping, doors and drawers may swell slightly making them stiff to open. This issue will normally resolve itself within a matter of days once the timbers acclimatise to their new environment; however an alternative remedy may be to move the drawers around. Occasionally the movement may not settle and a small amount may need to be shaved from the bottom of the drawer or door. A simple application of furniture wax will then seal any adjustments.
2. While every effort is made to match all colours and finishes, wood is a natural product and there may be variations in colour, grain pattern and shade. As is common practise when crafting hardwood furniture, certain degrees of filler may also be used to ensure a uniform finish.
3. Our furniture is handcrafted from natural hardwood timbers and accordingly there may be slight differences in size between products of the same description. All product dimensions specified by us are approximate.
4. As each product is crafted by hand, there may be differences in the spacing around doors and drawers; however, this will always be within our quality control tolerances.
Please refer to our Furniture Care page for more information. Failure to care for your furniture in the recommended way will result in invalidation of your warranty. Should World Furniture deem it impractical to offer a replacement product for any item that is damaged or faulty, we reserve the right to offer a repair, an allowance for a repair, or alternatively a refund for your purchase.

Every single item is guaranteed for 10 years.
Terms & Conditions:
Please note, you must have your order reference number in order for this guarantee to be valid, so please keep your paperwork safe.
1. Our furniture is guaranteed for normal domestic use, and is not guaranteed for commercial use.
2. The guarantee is non-transferable and valid from the date of original purchase only.
3. The World Furniture ranges require some routine maintenance, see our Furniture Care page. Please treat your furniture with the care it deserves. We cannot replace or repair your furniture if improper maintenance or improper use causes damage. This guarantee does not apply if your product is damaged by the use of detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents.
4. Wood has certain natural characteristics such as shrinkage, swelling, hairline cracks and minor movement due to changes in temperature and humidity. These may appear and disappear with the changing weather conditions. This will not affect the durability or lifespan of your furniture and normal movement within wood is completely normal. These natural movements are not a structural defect and are therefore not covered under this guarantee
5. Fair wear in normal domestic use is excluded.
6. Damage resulting from negligence, abuse or accidents (including burns, scratches, scuffs, watermarks, indentations or pet damage) is excluded.
7. All of our furniture is designed for indoor use and as such is only guaranteed if it is kept indoors.
8. The guarantee does not apply to sale or clearance items.
9. This guarantee applies to UK Mainland only. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Making A Claim:
In the unlikely event that need to make a claim please follow this proceedure:
1. Take photos of the damage on the furniture.
2. Send the photo(s) along with your original World Furniture order number, a brief description of how you understand the defect to have arisen and your contact details to anna@worldfurniture.co.uk in order for us to assess the issue.
3. If the defect or damage passes as a structural or manufacturer's defect, we will contact you to arrange a repair or replacement as appropriate (at our discretion).
